A private one-hour consultation for busy professionals who want more than a standard high-street eye test.
This is our signature appointment and the best place to start if you are looking for a more personal, more thorough and more considered approach to your vision and eye health.
Your consultation is carried out by one experienced optometrist from start to finish in our private Level 18 Canary Wharf clinic. We assess not only your eyesight and eye health, but how your vision performs across the real demands of daily life — including screens, reading, meetings, commuting and prolonged visual work.
The aim is not simply to give you a prescription. It is to help you understand what is happening with your vision, what may be contributing to discomfort or fatigue, and what will genuinely help.

Dry Eye Assessment & BlephEx® Treatment — £150
If your eyes often feel gritty, dry, irritated or inflamed, this appointment is designed to assess the problem properly and provide targeted treatment where appropriate.
Long hours on screens, air conditioning, poor tear film quality and eyelid inflammation can all contribute to dry eye symptoms. We assess the ocular surface and eyelid margins carefully, and where suitable, BlephEx® treatment can be used to remove debris, bacteria and biofilm from the eyelid margins.
This service is particularly suitable for those experiencing:
- gritty or irritated eyes
- inflamed or crusty eyelids
- recurrent styes
- blepharitis
- dry or uncomfortable eyes, especially during screen use

Contact Lens Services
We offer contact lens appointments for existing wearers, new wearers and more complex multifocal or specialist fittings.
Our contact lens approach is centred on comfort, ocular health and selecting lenses that genuinely suit your working environment, lifestyle and visual demands.
Contact Lens Aftercare and Eye Health Review — £150
For existing contact lens wearers, this appointment is a contact lens aftercare assessment to make sure your lenses continue to provide safe, comfortable and optimal vision.
This consultation may include review of:
- vision and any prescription changes in your contact lenses
- contact lens fit, comfort and performance
- corneal and ocular surface health
- dryness or screen-related discomfort
- lens care, hygiene and wearing schedule
Recommended annually for all contact lens patients. Must have had a recent eye examination prescription or combine this appointment with our signature experience for a complete work up.
Contact Lens Fitting & Consultation — £250
For patients who are new to contact lenses or exploring newer lens options.
This appointment includes:
- personalised lens selection
- trial lenses
- insertion and removal training
- advice on lens care and wear schedule
- follow-up aftercare appointment
Our aim is to select lenses that suit not only your prescription, but the way you actually live and work
Workplace reimbursement and itemised invoices
Where applicable, fully itemised invoices can be provided for employer reimbursement, workplace wellbeing schemes, health insurance claims or DSE-related assessments.
