"I decided to look for opticians in Google after I received different prescriptions from two high street opticians. Because of the location, Hammersmith, near were I live and several very good reviews I choose Vision Optique, so I booked a test on their website.

Once there Archana, the optician, was very patient and understood my concerns given the mixed results I had received earlier. Her work was very comprehensive and she even repeated one of the tests twice to reassure me. I have to say the visit was kind of didactic too, which I like. I chose a Lindberg frame and I received the glasses after a couple of days, now it is almost one month that I have been wearing them and I am really satisfied.  My Dear Archana, Pound for pound, spending money with Vision Optique must be the best fun you can have in West London. Your witty banter and breezy manner made my eye test fun and the laughter we shared whilst trying on most of your stock to get some frames to suit my abnormal bone structure was genuine and loud! The frames we eventually chose are very well made and attention grabbing. I love them! Your after sales service is quality with a pair of reading glasses thrown in free and unbidden. To top it all when the dog ate them you sent me a new pair free of charge and without request. Whilst I hope to not have to renew my prescription soon I know that when I do it will be fun.  After not requiring glasses for 11years I had a terrible experience with a high street brand of opticians. After meeting Archana I decided a second opinion was in order.
